Baked Medjool Dates Stuffed with Cheese and Wrapped with Prosciutto
Ingredients:
1-2 packs of 8oz Caramel Natural Fresh Medjool Dates
Cream or Goat Cheese or your favorite Cheese
8oz of Cut Prosciutto or Bacon
Directions:
Cut lengthwise slit into 16 Medjool dates and remove pit.
Take 1 teaspoon of desired cheese and stuff into the date.
Wrap individual date with Procuitto
Bake at 350 F for 10-15 minutes or until the meet is crispy. Cut pieces in halves or enjoy them whole. If your diet doesn’t allow meat, substitute with a pecan. Either way this will be a hit at any gathering. Baking the Medjool Date will bring out the Maple flavor of the Fruit.
